Ticket Details
If the game numbered on the face of your ticket is called due to rain, it is considered a regulation game if: 1) five innings have been completed; 2) the home team has scored more runs in the four or four-and-a-fraction half-innings than the visiting team has scored in five completed half-innings; or 3) the home team scores one or more runs in its half of the fifth inning to tie the score.
Exchange Information
Tickets may be exchanged at the Scottsdale Stadium Box Office Monday through Friday during non-game days. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
Season Tickets:
Season ticket holders do not need to submit their tickets. A refund will automatically be generated within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the season to the account holder of record.
Outlet Tickets:
Tickets purchased at Tickets.com outlets must be returned to the point of purchase for a full refund.
Tickets purchased at Giants Dugout Stores may be redeemed through the mail by sending tickets to the Giants as follows:

Internet/Phone Orders:
Internet/phone ticket holders do not need to submit their tickets. Tickets purchased online at www.mlb.com/giants or by phone through www.tickets.com will be automatically refunded within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the season to the credit card account holder of record.
Box Office Tickets:
Tickets purchased at SBC Park or Scottsdale Stadium will be redeemed through the mail by sending tickets to the Giants as follows:

Please make a photocopy of any tickets submitted through the mail for your own records. The San Francisco Giants recommend using certified mail with return receipt requested to ensure safety of ticket refund requests.
